A refund will not be given for change of mind on prints, commissions and original artwork including serving boards.
Unfortunately, we can not except the return of gift cards.
Please read the care instructions for your serving board. Failing to follow the care instructions will result in damages to your board and will void and exchange or refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If your goods are damaged or defective in any way on delivery, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible to arrange a suitable remedy, such as exchange. Based on the nature of our products, we estimate this period to be approximately 7 days.
If item is damaged in transit, please take a photo of it in the damaged packaging before taking out the artwork/product, and email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your artwork.
On proof of damage we will either refund the cost of your purchase or offer you a discount should you wish to keep the artwork.
In the event of a refund it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5 working days. We will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the artwork. The cost of return shipping will be added to your refund on evidence of payment.
